Wale has over 15 years experience in market research. He had his first degree in Agric. Economics from OAU, Ile-Ife in Nigeria and MBA (Business) from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta also in Nigeria..
He has been opportune to work with leading research agencies in Nigeria and Ghana before joining Quality Control Afrika as the Managing Director. He has successfully managed projects for clients such as: Vodafone Ghana, MTN Ghana, Tigo Ghana, GTP, Family Health International (FHI), BAT, World Bank, NBL, etc. and a host of other international agencies across Africa especially in Anglophone and Francophone countries.

Matthew started data analysis as a data entry clerk and rose through the ranks to become a data processing manager.
He is very versed in most of the data analysis tools e.g. SPSS, QPSMR, SAS etc and very meticulous. He is currently the General Manager in charge of data processing in the agency.
Educated at Pakistan Institute of Management, Munnira is an enthusiastic marketing professional with specialization in strategic planning, branding, event management, marketing research, key account management, business and sales analysis with international experience.
She has worked with Markematics Pvt Ltd, Brand Dimension and GSL (South Asia). She is a consultant to Quality Control Afrika Ghana Limited on Qualitative research studies
Deborah is a marketing professional with an option in Marketing Research. She has B.Sc in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. She is a specialist in Qualitative Research and a very good moderator.
She formerly worked with SBC Beverages Ghana (Producers of PEPSI) before joining Quality Control Afrika, Ghana Limited. She is currently a Research Executive in charge of qualitative studies.
Rebecca is an astute researcher who straddles both qualitative and quantitative research. She is widely travelled across the continent and has conducted studies in most West African countries and East Africa.
Before joining Quality Control Afrika Ghana Limited, she worked with MARS Ltd in Nigeria, MRC in Ghana and also Freelancing.
She has a First Class Degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. She is the International Business Executive of the agency in charge of Anglophone countries.
